We offer advice and support on the following topics:

Education:
• We support you in registering your children in daycare centers and schools.
• We support adults in registering for integration and German courses.
• We provide language interpretation services for appointments with the school board or teachers.

Health:
• We provide support and guidance in communication with health insurance companies.
• We support you in your search for specialists.

Reside:
• We support you in problem situations with your landlord.
• Refer them to tenants' associations and lawyers
• Provide support with registrations and changes of address, as well as applications for housing entitlement certificates and housing assistance.

Referral advice:
• If you have questions about debt, job and housing searches, and your employment relationship, we will help you find suitable agencies for your concerns and accompany you if necessary.

The consultation hours for social counselling are:
Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Thursday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
